By accessing or using Kaa Video Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kaa Video Generator is a video management platform that generates and uploads YouTube Shorts to your YouTube channel. The Service uses AI to generate video prompts and content, and requires access to your YouTube account via Google OAuth.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when connecting your YouTube account. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. YouTube Account Access

By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize the Service to:

• Read your channel information for identification purposes.
• Upload videos to your channel on your behalf, only when you approve them (or enable auto-approve).

You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account within the Service or revoking permissions in your Google Account settings.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. The Service generates content using AI, which may produce unexpected results. You agree to review videos before approving them for upload and ensure they comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that violates any laws or regulations.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaa Video Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, YouTube account penalties, or content removal.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
